NON-CDL Dedicated Route Driver (NIGHTS)
$18 – $20/hr based on experience
- This position is a Dedicated driving position out of Denver
- Monday PM – Saturday AM
- Driver Load and Unloading of Pallets required
- Paid weekly with direct deposit
- Paid Training

Duties and responsibilities
- Drives company equipment to customer locations Customer unloads and reloads truck for returns
- Have knowledge and comply with all applicable federal, state, local and company rules and regulations that are in accordance with the accepted principals of the safe operation of a motor vehicle
- Pre and post trip inspections to verify that all equipment is safe and legal
- Have knowledge and comply with the proper methods of loading and unloading for the various cargo to be transported, must be able to lift #50 lbs
- Report to logistics at the specified time and maintain contact with logistics/dispatch offices as required
- Follow company guidelines with regards to acceptable conduct when dealing with customers, fellow employees, and the motoring public
- Comply with all company safety & performance standards
- Safe, legal, and efficient operation of the company equipment at all times
- Report all accidents to a manager immediately involving driver and/or company equipment, regardless of the damage
- Read and comprehend: Bill of Lading; schedule and dispatch documentation including required equipment, pickup and/or delivery locations and times; and any shipper and/or receiver requirements
- Other duties assigned as needed
Job Requirements
- Must pass a background check, road test and drug test
- Comfortable maneuvering box trucks including backing, turning, stopping and accelerating
- Comfortable operating a powered lift gate
- Alert, focused, and detail-oriented
- Physically and mentally fit
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time
- Comfortable moving freight using forklift, pallet jack, lift gate, etc as necessary
- Proficient using GPS and other routing systems
- Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful
- High level of composure and good stress management
- Able to read and speak the English language, in accordance with 49CFR Section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
